The capital building in Wellington, New Zealand is known as the "beehive". This photo was taken as we flew from Wellington to Blenheim in a small 9-seater plane. The scenery was fantastic!

We travelled for more than 5 years! We have had so many wonderful experiences and have made lifetime friendships all around the world. No amount of reading could replace the lessons we have had firsthand from people of other countries, other cultures and other beliefs. To have had the opportunity to share in the lives of others, to discuss our differences face to face and to have seen and felt the similarities of people all around the globe....These are the greatest treasures of our travels. Each time we visit a new place, the opportunity to make a new friend exists and this is a motivating as the sites and sounds of the places we head to.
